Plunder Scenario 37

You've issued a solicitation for interior signage (nte $50,000.00). The sourcing method calls for the award to be made by lowest price. The offeror made an error for the quantity in one line, using 1 instead of 2. Is this curable? If so, how do you choose to fix it?

AP Response:

Our solicitation includes a standard clause, 'Unit Price Governs,' which dictates that unit pricing takes precedence in bid evaluations. Given this, the offeror’s error (listing a quantity of 1 instead of 2) can be rectified without altering the integrity of the bid. We requested that they correct the quantity and resubmit the bid to align with the intended pricing structure.
